Your point about research vs. insights is more profound than I would have imagined - 179 vs. 4!! Focus on the 'human' - totally agree with the importance here. Focus on the ‘human’ – totally agree with the importance here. Human’s don’t ‘act’ in the vacuum of a client’s category; we need to understand the greater context of their lives.
